Find out what your peers are saying about SAP, Microsoft, Oracle and others in ERP."It is a stable solution. Stability-wise, I rate the solution a nine out of ten...I rate the product's initial setup a nine on a scale from one to ten, where one is difficult, and ten is easy."
"The documentation part and the user manuals provided by SAP are quite comprehensive."
"I have been happy with the intern purchases, and finance, such as banking."
"We have been satisfied with the technical support."
"What's most helpful to customers who use SAP Business One is that the solution is fully integrated and easy to use. It's very easy to digest and has many features for small to medium companies."
"The efficient Intercompany sales to purchase order conversion is great."
"All parts for inventory control, project budget, accounting, and business information are valuable. It is very friendly to obtain information. It is also very easy to make the changes that we need. We have a developer with us, and he can make the required changes or rules."
"Business One's best feature is transport management and collections."
"The most valuable feature of SAP Business One is the dashboards."
"The look, feel, and color are areas in ERPNext that can be improved."
"There are a lot of good improvements coming out in every version. They release a new version every quarter, with all new up-and-coming things on each one. However, it might be lacking specifications for the specific verticals. However, SAP Business One is a generic tool. It's very widely used, and I understand why it's not into each vertical. There are solution partners available out there to give it those extra areas of what it needs, but this is depending on what kind of business you run."
"Our company is expanding to different countries, and business is growing. We feel that it is not good enough for the huge volume of the business. On-premises setup is not good enough for the overseas office. We have our onsite premises in Hong Kong, but we have a major sales office in the US. We are looking for a more efficient setup to fulfill our requirements and needs. It can have portals for vendors, suppliers, and customers. I know that they have this feature in version 10, but it still has space to improve."
"There is room for improvement in stability."
"The extension of dashboards into mobiles is something which SAP Business One has to improve on."
"You get support through the vendor, not SAP directly. If your vendor is good, you get good support. If it is not a good vendor, the support is very bad."
"In terms of business processes, the production could use improvement."
"I am not sure if it has an HR and Payroll functionality, but it would be helpful and make it a more complete ERP if they could put the HR and Payroll functionality in it."
"The solution could improve by having some added authentication, such as SAP CC or SAP S4HANA."
