"The failure rate is very low."
"The user interface is easy to maintain once it is setup."
"It helps to improve our security for our mobile and VMware infrastructure. The remote tasks are great."
"Endpoint Security is efficient and easy to use. It doesn't slow the performance of your personal computer."
"The solution is secure."
"There is a new feature where you can set thresholds for all the CPU consumption allowing for no consumption on the servers when the scans happen. It is a separate plugin or addon, and if we have it on all the virtual machines it automatically checks the resources, and based on that, it will schedule the scans. That is something that I have not seen in other antivirus solutions, such as Symantec."
"The solution provides a data view of the Alpha systems with Trellix installs and makes small changes to the central management console. Nothing on the endpoints themselves works, but it focuses more on the management side."
"The most valuable feature is ease of use."
"It's easy to use."
"McAfee Complete Endpoint Protection is stable. We don't have any bugs being reported."
"Trellix Endpoint Security's dashboard is very flexible, and I can create my own user-specific dashboard depending on user privilege or preference."
"McAfee EndPoint Security has a lot of good features that work well if they are implemented properly."
"The DLP and user interface are the most valuable feature."
"Once, we had an event that was locked and blocked, but information about it came to us two or three days later."
"The solution's installation from a central installation server could be improved because the engineers had a little bit of trouble getting it installed from a central location."
"There's room for improvement in the quick response time and technical support for integration issues, especially when dealing with multiple vendors."
"Intelligence aspects need improvement"
"The amount of usage, the number of details we get, or the number of options that can be tweaked is limited in comparison to that with other EDR solutions"
"The solution should address emerging threats like SQL injection."
"FortiEDR can be improved by providing more detailed reporting."
"Making the portal mobile friendly would be helpful when I am out of office."
"Kaspersky could be improved by better malware protection. They have to take advantage of Malwarebytes and integrate the same engine inside Kaspersky. I use Malwarebytes as well because Kaspersky doesn't always detect malware."

"It would be nice if it was less expensive."
"The reports aren't so good. To make it a perfect ten they should improve the reports and web interface."

"The solution needs to lower its pricing."
"It would be better if it were more secure and stable. I would also like to see more powerful features in the next release."
"It would be ideal with the solution offered more documentation."
"I've encountered minor challenges related to encryption."
"On the next release, they should build an easier way to see a repair option within the McAfee icon on your system tray. If there was an issue, you should be able to contact the user or just right-click on "repair". That would be a very good feature to add. That could be a place of improvement, just adding that button, or customizing it."
"The initial setup is complex. It is a very complex product. You must have experience with it."
"It would be helpful if the controlling of connections coming to the PC could be done from McAfee's side so that we can block those connections."
"There are two main areas that require improvement. One is the size of the packages. Although I'll admit manageability is good, if I want to deploy, let's say just the antivirus or just the firewall, each of those package sizes are quite large. They are sometimes as big as 200MB or 250MB. When I have operations in remote areas where connectivity is always poor, it's difficult. To deploy such a package in a remote location over the internet or something like that is always challenging."
"We have had some of our clients not happy with McAfee Endpoint Security because it blocks some of the applications they are trying to use. They should make it easier to unblock applications."
"The solution's technical support should be improved since we faced a lot of issues with the support. There were some delays in responses from the technical support."
"We know that McAfee isn't the best antivirus and it can't protect us 100%, although we are okay with the level of protection that it gives us."
