We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The initial setup was simple. One can know how exactly the process performs just by clicking a few buttons.""Everything is valuable. If you're looking at the process documentation feature, it's really easy to use. We have official training from Signavio trainers, but sometimes I do the training myself very shortly for our colleagues. In less than one or two hours, they are already able to model the business process themselves. The language is really easy. The user interface is really easy. If you're talking about process simulation, we have customers and clients internally who are using it a lot, because they are from logistics or operations. They have numbers and KPIs behind the process. They know their numbers, so they have to see how they can improve a given business processes with a change in the task sequence or a change in the numbers of KPIs. If you're talking about the process mining, it is integrated into the whole solution.""I like the tool's ability to visualize the entire process flow, how the process flow flows, and what deviations happen from the process flow. It also helps to figure out the process bottlenecks.""The product is relatively user friendly, it does what you need it to do.""By clearly defining process owners, customers can not only better achieve their goals but are always accountable to partners and audits.""One of the most valuable things about process intelligence is that it allows you to mine data over a long period of time, such as one or two years. This gives us a deep understanding of how your processes actually work.""Predominantly, it enables financial services organizations to build up process knowledge and improve operational efficiency.""The most valuable feature is the integration model."

"The features of UiPath that I find most valuable was working with Abbyy scanning.""Process mapping tool is most valuable tool.""It empowers employee decision-making. It helps them locate bottlenecks and remediate items.""You can build flows with this product.""This product is easy-to-use and the interface is simple and user-friendly.""The product was highly stable, and the data flow was very smooth.""UiPath Process Mining has a good roadmap ahead for the future.""Simple solution that allows us to write code."

Cons
"It should be able to convert business workflows into media documents quickly.""With the new release, I have some problems. Actually with Signavio, many of the processes are not viewable for unclear reasons. The product itself is reachable most of the time, but some processes are not there. Some pages do not loading at times.""It could be more scalable.""Interface could be more user friendly.""The area that could be improved in SAP Signavio Process Intelligence is its Journey modeling feature.""The UI could be improved.""I would like to see a better version of the solution.""The product doesn't allow me to focus on a particular value stream and how the value stream performs."

More SAP Signavio Process Intelligence Cons →

"UiPath Process Mining is not as user-friendly as Celonis.""That depends whether I can get the input information to explain why the exceptions are happening. Is it because of different policies or incorrect procedure being applied? If that information would also being integrated as part of it, it would make my life easier.""Its price can be improved. They can also have a better plan for training the end users to be able to use this solution.""If UiPath can identify where it has gone wrong and try to identify the bottleneck value, which are more machine learning in AI, it would be great.""We faced issues with the data sharding process. UiPath has its own limitations in terms of the number of rules of data it can actually handle at a given point of time.""UiPath Process Mining could improve by limiting the number of updates.""Integration with new technologies should be kept up-to-date so they can be adopted as they are released.""The number of file formats that can be uploaded should be increased."

    Reviews from Real Users

Below are some reviews and helpful feedback written by UiPath Process Mining users.

PeerSpot user Nilesh P., Associate Director - Cloud Architect at a computer software company, says, “It's easy to develop, maintain, and manage, and it helps in task mining and process mining.” He adds, "With UiPath in place, we are moving away from training people on the core applications, which are pretty complex. We've built a headless frontend, so it's really easy for anybody to join our company and be productive."

A Hyperautomation Architect at an insurance company mentions, “My shortlist of valuable features includes all the different types of analysis. For example, you can do a root cause analysis. In other words, if you have a process that has many different scenarios, you can identify where the problem is. You can also identify bottlenecks with root cause analysis. You do this by looking at the time that has been spent in specific stages or steps within the processes being performed. Another great feature is the ability to see processes at a higher level and take in the whole picture. If a process has too many variances — say there are 20 different ways of doing the task — you can identify which process is the one where that happens more often. This will prompt you to focus on that process for any possible ways to automate it and simplify the complexity.”

Karthikeyan M., Chief Sales & Marketing Officer - RPA evangelist at AQM Technologies, says, "For us, the most important feature of UiPath Process Mining is something called Document Understanding. We have found it to be extremely valuable, given that the current situation we have right now is that it's not just pure automation of manual and repetitive tasks. What we're doing is more along the lines of what you could call "intelligent" automation. Document Understanding plays a great role in this type of process automation because it helps us in automating the reading of documents better and, therefore, helps to automate intelligence for our customers."
