Find out in this report how the two Software Defined WAN (SD-WAN) Solutions solutions compare in terms of features, pricing, service and support, easy of deployment, and ROI."The most valuable feature of this solution is the support."
"I like the IPS. IPS is the master feature. I depend on the firewall and sandbox."
"The simplicity of the solution is its most valuable asset. It's very user-friendly."
"When our customer needs some optimization, along with performance and security. If they want everything in one package, I recommend Forcepoint because they have everything."
"It provides decent protection for the LAN, especially in run mode."
"When comparing this solution to others this one has better reporting, user management, and is easy to use."
"They offer templates that provide detailed reports categorized by user, device, and internal network access."
"I don't have anything bad to say about the product. I absolutely love it."
"Their dashboard is also a good point for us and the customer. The solution is very clean and easy."
"The initial setup is simple."
"The necessary enhancement pertains to the controller segment, specifically addressing the issue of frequent flapping when a link is left. In the case of Versa Unified, if a link experiences frequent flapping within an entire branch, it triggers instability. Hence, it is imperative that the overall routing system is not contingent solely upon the active dial branches."
"Our customers are very satisfied with this solution. They have not mentioned any areas for improvement."
"Versa FlexVNF is a scalable product because it does not have any hardware dependencies. This makes it a versatile solution that can be easily integrated with any firewall."
"Overall, it's nice and very user friendly. That's what makes it so successful. They give you complicated features but with a very simple user interface, and that's been a big success for them."
"The most valuable aspects of the solution are the next-generation firewall features and geo-blocking capabilities."
"The most valuable features are the main steering and the firewall. The security features and SD-WAN features are also quite good."

"Configuration is not easy because it has an old-fashioned interface. The configuration interface is highly complex, and it's been the same for years. They have to change the interface."
"The network interface could be better, and it could be cheaper."
"We feel the product's technical support could be better, as this relates to the solution itself, to the installation of the product, and to having a proper understanding of the case."
"It's a complicated firewall. Until you come to know the firewall inducers, most people don't like the firewall because the components for the firewall are a little bit complex. User-friendliness is a little bit tough. It needs to be user-friendly when creating policies, and pushing policies. Committing takes more time compared to Palo Alto."
"They should have a GUI on the product itself, not a separate management tool to be used on the management server or on a server to be used to manage the file. It should be all in one device. The device should be controlled through its own GUI. They also have to improve the learning center and the documents as the documents don't really help."
"Something that I've noticed that Forcepoint lacks, is the training that they offer to their end-customers"
"Forcepoint is a little difficult to configure compared to its competitors."
"This solution would be improved with the inclusion of custom reporting."
"Another thing that should be improved in Versa are their firewall features."
"The UTM features can be improved. It should offer better functionality."
"The web interface can be improved."
"Certainly, there are areas that require enhancement, and the current focus is on improvements. Presently, I believe that the emphasis should be on enhancing user interface (UI) features, particularly over end devices. The issue arises when attempting to log in to Versa from other devices, as the UI is not device-specific. Consequently, guiding someone to log in to Versa antivirus becomes challenging. Despite the absence of issues on the website, the lack of a login scope impedes graphical representation of user data or databases. Since work databases support only a limited range of features, I recommend augmenting features for end devices to address these limitations."
"The security should be improved."
"Future releases should contain AI for the voice feature."
"There are limitations when you connect from multiple locations. It does not work as expected. If you have more than 400 users, then it will choke. It will not perform as expected."
"The stability of FlexVNF's controller and devices could be improved."
