"The initial setup is simple."
"The most valuable feature of this solution is the ease of use."
"The stability has been excellent."
"Easy to deploy services"

"It's very flexible and offers tremendous features for customers."
"I love the report building that is available."

"It is an easy product to use and does great things for our company. It keeps track of all of our sales activity."
"They should optimize their pricing so that we can use more features. I would also like to see more auditing and more security for the Blob storage feature. From a technical point, it has very good features for Microsoft products, but for non-Microsoft products, it may have some limitations. I have mostly worked with Windows-based integration, and now I am trying to use it for open-source systems. It is good but not as easy as Microsoft products."
"The security feature in the solution is an area that needs to be improved."
"An issue I encountered was around the integration of Identity. I lost some important information and I would like to see improvements with this."

"The solution could improve the stability. However, this could be a configuration issue that we are not been trained."
"The solution could improve by providing a better user interface and more organized workflows."
"With Microsoft, our only concern is exchange rates because we're paying in dollars. It's very expensive for us because of the exchange rates. It would help if they partnered with someone locally so we can pay in our local currency."
"An improved UX may be helpful in the solution's next release."
"Reporting could be better. Reporting is Excel-based, and it has sucked since the inception of the company. That's why I was excited about the fact of them bringing MuleSoft into the fold and Tableau."
"Salesforce Platform is a bit expensive compared to other CRM products, which is a drawback."
"I would like to see the organizational details improved to make it less difficult to bring new clients on board."
"The solution's UI is horrible."
"The interface could be more user-friendly and offer more customization."
"The initial setup process was a complex thing to do because four different organizations were working together."
