Comparison Results: PeerSpot users feel Oracle HCM cloud is the slightly better option. Oracle offers very intuitive dashboards, is easy to configure and customize, and is very fast. It is a cloud solution, so it can scale super easily and can be used securely anywhere at any time. Oracle updates the solution regularly with new robust features, making it very competitive in the marketplace. Many users feel SAP HCM can be a bit bulky and slow, and there can also be a steep learning curve to getting the solution up to speed.
