"We can effortlessly manage the data within it, and it offers ease of use and high flexibility to present the data across various vendors."
"Great flexibility and its locking mechanism enable multiple users to work on the same case seamlessly."
"Pega offers a clear parent-child case relationship that's easily created and maintained. Dependencies can be configured, where reaching a specific stage in a parent case automatically triggers a child task in a child case, while the parent case remains on hold until a certain condition is met before moving forward. This configuration allows multiple users to work on cases in parallel. Many of these settings are readily available within Pega case settings. Overall, Pega's case management is unparalleled compared to other options."
"The most valuable feature is the ability to pull information about the customer on-the-fly so they feel the interaction is more personal."
"Sales Cloud's reporting and analytics capabilities influenced our sales strategy quite a lot. We can build every report as a dashboard, and there are various sorts of things."
"The ability to work on it from anywhere is most valuable. All you need is a computer, a browser, and an internet connection to access your instance. It can be accessed from anywhere, which is pretty cool and user-friendly."
"The most valuable features are the reporting and the custom codes."
"I find the forecasting the most valuable feature. It's valuable because there are two types of forecasting, customizable and collaborative forecasting."
"The most valuable features of Salesforce Sales Cloud are opportunity management and metric integration."
"Different leads and fields can be utilized inside of Salesforce, using the Sales Path to follow those specific leads, and what leads convert over into opportunities. The leveraging of fields help to track progress on the user interface."
"Salesforce helps up keep track of candidates."
"The most valuable features of Salesforce Sales Cloud are increased productivity and business accuracy."
"The solution has room for improvement around decisional and real-time data analysis."
"Price is always a concern for many organizations. They often think Pega is expensive, and sometimes they don't fully understand the pricing model."
"For many of the clients, they have a separate system or separate layer of UI and a separate layer of the business rules engine, which Pega has taken care of in the recent releases."
"The UI should be improved."
"They should enable the data-driven streaming feature inside it."
"It would be beneficial to enhance the pricing and support implementation options as they are currently quite expensive."
"There has been a common acknowledgment among customers that this solution is an expensive tool and they often opt for cheaper tools like Comodo"
"The UI is lagging and needs to be improved."
"Salesforce Sales Cloud could improve by allowing some customization of the processes with coding to avoid the problem of memory. When we use only flows in the process, which can become large flows, they are more complicated to debug and also for maintenance. It's better to invoke some Apex classes to make the process better."
"The solution's configuration could be improved because getting a purchase order and administrating the right fields can be a real headache for us, especially when the Sales Cloud system enters an error stage."
"CI/CD is the biggest room for improvement. Deployment between environments and configuration."
"Sales Cloud could be improved with more training. In general, the training is very good, but you have to really seek out some good options in order to upskill yourself. Another thing, which could also be a benefit, is that Sales is very customizable. If you move from one organization to another, you can see your Salesforce as before, but their Sales Cloud may look completely different from what you're used to. It's not like Microsoft Excel or Trello, where the layout and all the functions are the same. Because it's so customizable, I feel like there is a bit of a learning curve when you inherit another Sales Cloud instance. To be honest, I think that's the beauty of Salesforce because you can customize it so much to fit your needs as a company. It follows your processes and use cases in order for you to get the most out of the system itself."
"It could have a more user-friendly interface."
"If the infrastructure is not correct, then customers are having an issue and it's taking a lot of time to load."
"Salesforce Sales Cloud overall is too complex. There is too much functionality, it's hard for the user, at the beginning. It takes a lot of time to update the information."
"The solution's scalability has some limitations."
