Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The interface is good.""The best thing about HubSpot is its clear workflow. Anyone can understand the flows of your contacts, your emails, their delivery dates, and the reasons behind their movements.""We get a good overview of where everything is in the pipeline.""It's very easy to use and configure HubSpot CRM.""Ease of use is the most essential feature for us. HubSpot is intuitive, so you can learn everything just by exploring and trying it out yourself. The user interface is straightforward, and it's easy to pick that up.""The most valuable feature of HubSpot CRM is the sequences of sales automation. It allows you to set up a bunch of leads into a sequence, and it automatically generates emails that you can customize on the fly. For example, here's the phone call in the morning, the phone call in the afternoon, the email you sent, and the link to the message you sent.""The most valuable features of HubSpot CRM are ease of use, lead generation, and follow-up leads. Additionally, there are a lot of connectors to other solutions, such as Jira and Slack. Whether it's a scrum tool or the ticketing tool, it has a connector.""The best feature in HubSpot CRM for us is the custom objects that we integrated. This allows us to include more information on the contact profile, company profile, and other details, making it easier for our staff to have all the necessary information before contacting our customers.Additionally, having all this information in a centralized place is highly beneficial for us."

"I like the helpdesk module, and I like the simplicity of integration among their modules. All the modules are very well integrated, and you can move among the modules in an easy way.""Being open source, it is more affordable compared to alternatives like Oracle or SAP, and I appreciate how easy it is to customize with the available sources.""It is a scalable solution...The product's initial setup phase was easy.""Odoo is highly scalable.""The most valuable feature of Odoo is the fingerprint feature.""With Odoo, being open source is advantageous because we have access to the source code for whatever we develop. This gives us the flexibility to make additions, deletions, or modifications according to our needs without any restrictions. There are no predefined formats that limit our customization options.""The most valuable feature of Odoo is its payroll localization.""What I appreciate most about this solution is its ease of customization compared to other products. Odoo is straightforward and simpler to customize. Additionally, it offers stability by decentralizing the entire ERP with multiple products, making management and support more efficient. Moreover, the availability of talent in India is a key advantage, as the salaries for Odoo professionals are relatively lower than SAP or Oracle ERP professionals. This makes it easier for us to find suitable talent for projects seamlessly."

Cons
"HubSpot CRM is easy to use compared to others solutions and anyone can use it. However, for enterprise companies, I would recommend Salesforce because it has established partners, can be more reliable, has more features, and has a more powerful integration with ERP modules which is important for enterprise companies. For multi-locations and multinational companies, Salesforce is one of the best.""There is a limitation with the integration with other tools or workflows.""From the perspective of continuous improvements needed in the product, I would want the tool to be able to pull out more information about clients.""The only challenge with the solution is that it captures data in a raw manner, so organizing that information is still left to the administrator or the user, and they need to organize it into structured fields.""All the features of HubSpot CRM are not buddled together, you need to purchase different modules to have a complete solution.""We had a problem with the tool’s stability once.""In HubSpot CRM there are many subscription models. Some things are limited compared to the subscription models. For example, I cannot track all the tasks that I have in CRM at once. I need to click on the specific deal to see what the task is. This could improve in the future.""They need better UX or templates to change the mood or the look and feel."

More HubSpot CRM Cons →

"They could add more features and details regarding the business details and some extra modules for business features.""The tool needs to improve its scalability.""Odoo does not provide integration with other third-party apps like Shopify.""There are features that cannot be opened in the community edition and from a user perspective.""Odoo could improve its newsletters and social media campaign features, which currently feel a bit weak.""Odoo provides their apps on mobile, but it is not good enough, especially for my clients.""The most valuable feature of Odoo is the fingerprint feature.""I'm uncertain because each year they release a new version with improvements. However, one area that needs significant enhancement is the website, particularly the modern core website. While there's an approach similar to WordPress, it is quite basic at the moment. Besides that, particularly with the POS solutions, we identified potential security issues. This is due to the storage of information on cookies or similar sessions. In cases of Internet-related issues, there's a vulnerability where data might be compromised. The system uses temporary storage until the internet connection is restored, and then it pushes the data to the server or database. This poses a risk, especially in point-of-sale systems, where there could be vulnerabilities for data modification or alteration by unauthorized individuals."

Pricing and Cost Advice

The solution is modular, which means that if you need a specific capability or function within the organization, you can purchase it specifically and you don't have to purchase something that is only utilized by 20 percent of the organization."
  • "There is a cost for the solution. However, I am not aware of the price."
  • "Pricing is based on the number of users."
  • "The price of HubSpot CRM is expensive."

  • "The price of the solution depends on the use case. However, it can be expensive and we are paying annually."
  • "Currently, we pay around 5000-6,000 USD per month, though I am not sure. We have to pay additionally for maintenance and support."
