"The solution is easy to deploy and manage"
"McAfee Complete Data Protection provides stability and is a good product."
"The most important feature of McAfee Complete Data Protection to my customers is the ePO or the management console. It's easy to use and it's scalable. You can also generate the reports you want on the console. It's a mature management console. The features that McAfee Complete Data Protection has, for example, anti-spam features and other features can also be found on other solutions, but the most unique feature you can find in the solution is the ePO itself, the management console."
"Complete Data Protection lets us define roles in our data products. It helps us identify something suspicious on the client's device."
"With McAfee Complete Data Protection, you can managed all your security solutions from one single server and one interface. This might be the most powerful advantage of McAfee's solution."
"The new feature for online protection does a good job of identifying traits."
"The interface is very good. You can create and manage your own dashboard."
"I am satisfied with the customer service/technical support."
"Microsoft BitLocker can be used to ensure that stolen PCs or laptops do not lose their data."
"It is easy to use. It is usually easy to recover someone's privacy. The manageability is much easier than McAfee. I think that Microsoft is a leader in this area. We are in the Microsoft school so our judgment of McAfee will be a little bit unfair as we recommend Microsoft all the time because of the easy manageability and support. I think that McAfee is designed for a different customer and every time we open a ticket with their support, it takes a very, very long time. The main difference is just the manageability and support. In terms of the solution itself or the functionality, I know that McAfee is very strong, but manageability and support, for us, is much more important. It's strengthens the solution for us."
"The manageability of it is a valuable feature."
"The ease of administering and integrating the solution is great."
"The solution works the way it's supposed to - stability and scalability are fine."
"It is easy to use and administer."
"It holds significant value as it reduces the need for extensive IT management to handle security across networks and environments"
"I like the simplicity and ease of use of this solution."
"The solution needs a next generation or AI firewall that doesn't rely on signatures to detect traits."
"The disk encryption can be improved."
"The refresh feature needs improvement. You need to refresh it manually yt going to the address bar, clicking on it and pressing enter, or pressing F5. There should be a button you can click on to refresh or have it so every five seconds it's refreshing."
"The product must improve endpoint encryption."
"We encountered several problems with the solution's stability."
"I would like to have an easier and less-hassle upgrade process in future releases of the software, and extra license renewal price discounts too."
"Some clients still receive spam and malware in their attachments, so the data protection isn't working correctly. We have configured it and enabled the features in the client's system, but some policies have failed to work once or twice."
"They could be better in terms of Complete Data Protection."
"The reporting in Microsoft is very minimal."
"The console GUI could be better."
"User profiles can be improved so that people can create their own passwords. It has one password per machine, which is a problem. We would prefer each user to have his or her own boot password. Each user can have a username and password or biometrics, such as fingerprints and iris scanner, integrated into the boot process, but I really can't see that coming anytime soon, if ever."
"The implementation of BitLocker is not simple. There are many prerequisites and hours of study and testing."
"The deployment process regarding prerequisites and automation could be easy to understand."
"It's possible that the time it takes to pull items in to BitLocker could be reduced a bit."
"The solution could be improved if it was more user friendly."
"They could improve cloud integration regarding attribute and encryption key management."
