"The database is great. It's a nicely ordered database.""This product saves us a lot of time and increases our efficiency.""The implementation is nice and easy.""Maybe they could improve the capability to be multi-tenant.""Remote access and detailed monitoring help us support our equipment.""It allows us to manage all client requests, jobs and invoicing.""It's definitely improved the help-desk servicing, et cetera.""The initial setup is easy and the deployment is quick."

"It is used as an alerting platform.""It works well with medium to large-scale enterprises.""We're able to get real-timec as well as our customer networks that we're monitoring at all times.""Its automated response feature has benefited our customer communication. Analysts feel more confident in providing timely responses.""FortiSIEM is a great tool for making security processes transparent.""FortiSIEM's log correlation is good.""Our customer did not have security monitoring in the first place. With this solution, it provided security posture management and visibility about the security landscape and threats that they had.""Fortinet FortiSIEM has its own validated and authentic IP database that marks malicious IP attacks against the firewall and generates an alert for the same."

Cons
"The wait time for a support ticket to be addressed needs to be reduced. They take a couple of days to get back. It is a little frustrating when we have to wait for a couple of days. A lot of times, the issue is critical for us. If we're reaching out to their support team and submitting a ticket, it is because we need it handled quickly.""Technical support was helpful.""I have a problem with the reports available on the solution. I don't understand how to work with the reporting functionality. For example, when I want to give a report for a specific machine, ConnectWise doesn't seem to have this as an option. I'm not sure if I'm missing something, or if the reporting functionality is just poorly conceived.""The fixed client for Automate is slow. The web client is not very intuitive.""This is a raw system. Of course, it has some flaws that could be improved. But, it's something that we will have to work with to get to the point where we need this, we request it and they do their best to make it happen.""The menu doesn't always load properly.""They always change the GUI to some dumb-down version of tiles which are more "user-friendly", but slows my team down in the end.""Their support needs to be better."

More ConnectWise Automate Cons →

"There could be more AI features included in the product.""There is no proper guide for integration or configuration.""If there is a configuration on the wrong side of the network or there are changes that result in harm to our IT infrastructure, the solution should immediately fix it.""The dashboard needs to improve.""The interface needs some improvements because it's a bit cumbersome when you're trying to view items. It takes some time to get used to. Additionally, sometimes the scrolling does not work.""Customer support service could be better.""It lacks a "wizard" that shows a particular user's activity or particular circumstance. I think the interface is intimidating because there's so much information there.""The solution's interface could be modernized and improved."
