"The most valuable feature of Juniper Wireless Access Points (AP Series) is the ability to troubleshoot ports on the network. Additionally, when there is an update on the APs they are able to reboot quickly reducing downtime. Other solutions have a longer downtime when updates are done."
"Juniper Mist offers valuable features like comprehensive network insight, granular policy control, fast device setup, strong security, and efficient SSL traffic management."
"The solution is very secure."
"The artificial intelligence feature is very good."
"The simplicity is great."
"The solution is pretty generic and easy to use."
"The most valuable feature of Juniper Mist is the Virtual Network Assistant, powered by artificial intelligence."
"It is a stable and secure platform."
"It offers features that are essential for an efficient and high-performance wireless LAN deployment, where capacity, coverage, and quality are optimized, and frequency bands are selected based on the specific needs of the network."
"The cloud-based management provided by Cambium Networks is particularly valuable to us, as it allows us to efficiently manage Wi-Fi, point-to-point connections, firewalls, and switches across various locations from a centralized platform. This enables us to be proactive in providing support and ensures smooth operations for our clients."
"The after-sales services are helpful."
"This solution is extremely user-friendly; it is very easy to configure and work with."
"We can scale it if we need to."
"Cambium Networks Wireless LAN is easy to deploy. The implementation can take two weeks to four months."
"The web-based administration is what I find most beneficial."
"It is very stable, very resilient, and very robust."
"There are many valuable features of Cisco Meraki, including the switches, stacking, and layer 3 routing."
"The user interface is very simple and easy to use — our customers are very satisfied."
"I can control any number of sites globally with a lean IT team."
"The network security the solution provides is its most valuable aspect."
"Its ease of use and flexibility are most valuable. It is cloud-based software."
"The ability to manage it remotely is the most valuable. If it has an internet connection, you can get to it. It is a great product for remote clinics. We kind of thought about doing this kind of standalone technology. Meraki is easy to manage. From a management perspective, it is the easiest to use, especially in the cloud. I like Meraki. I even have it in my home."
"We're able to automate as well as manually control as necessary."
"The solution is expensive."
"The product should include adaptive Wi-Fi to show a more accurate location."
"I need a bit more time with it before criticizing the features."
"If you want to do more specific stuff, it's a bit limited."
"Juniper Wireless AP can improve by continually improving its reporting and integration with other systems."
"Juniper Mist Wireless Access Points’ support services need improvement."
"The pricing should be made cheaper."
"Enrolling into the tool is a tedious process."
"The solution’s technical support could be faster."
"What could be improved in Cambium Networks Wireless LAN is its efficiency in large areas because we noticed that there's a need to increase the APs in large rooms or spaces for the Wi-Fi to be more efficient. Another area for improvement in Cambium Networks Wireless LAN is bandwidth management. This is a feature that Meraki has that allows you to control user bandwidth, so my company has a pilot project to test Meraki Wireless LAN. Bandwidth control is an additional feature I'd like to see in Cambium Networks Wireless LAN as that would make the solution better."
"The problem with this radio wireless technology is that it cannot compete in terms of bandwidth with the fiber optics at this moment. That's the biggest weakness."
"The product pricing needs improvement."
"I believe there's room for improvement in the configuration options for point-to-point setups directly from the cloud management interface. Currently, the process feels a bit clunky—you monitor the unit in the cloud but need to make configuration changes by editing a text file, then downloading it back to the unit. This method can be error-prone, as even a small mistake in the text file could disrupt the unit's configuration."
"If they could include some sort of web filtering, in-built antivirus, anti-malware, and data stream scanning in the next release."
"The capacity and coverage could be improved."
"Not a lot of technical engineers are familiar with Cambium Networks Wireless LAN. They are familiar with implementing and using other solutions such as Aruba. Therefore, Cambium Networks needs to be more visible in the marketplace."
"In the next release, I would like to see the central control plane have the flexibility to control and distribute policies to all LAN networks, balance the traffic, and the performance based on application monitoring."
"There is only one particular thing that needs improvement. Sometimes, for example, when you need to open a ticket, although it's under the umbrella of Cisco, you still need to go to the Meraki support."
"The signal coverage radius could be extended."
"The only thing that always causes problems with Meraki is the license. It's a bit of a bugbear with Meraki, and it remains today. So it's an unusual concept compared to the other products in the marketplace, but then it does cause a bit of a nuisance from time to time."
"Unfortunately, we have to deal with European privacy laws and as far as we can see, the solution is not compliant with these. It's why we're not able to continue with Cisco Meraki. They need to become compliant with GDPR laws."
"We would like the solution to work on the pricing of the solution. It would be ideal if it could bring the overall costs down."
"The price could be slightly better, but then again, we negotiate deals every time so the market price isn't really relevant."
"They should introduce a grace period of 60 days after license expiry because as it is now, it automatically goes down and there is no grace period."
