It has good built-in processes and the implementation is rapid.""There are new releases every three months that keep up with industry standards and meet the needs of the customer.""The most valuable feature is how easy it is to learn and use. It's built off the Microsoft Word format, so if you can use Word, you'll be able to figure this out.""It is a complete suite of solutions and features. Compared to other solutions which are more niche solutions, which may be as good as Cornerstone or even better in certain parts of it, like discerning user experience. You will not find another solution that has the same completeness of features in all different areas of learning.""Cornerstone Learning's most valuable features are the keyword search, filters, and add-to-favorites option.""The most valuable features of Cornerstone Learning are how they organized the management of the different content types is good. They are done in different ways which is a benefit. Additionally, the reporting 2.0 and playlist functionality are very good.""The solution is very stable."

Cons
"Cornerstone Learning could improve the curriculum function by giving it more flexibility. I'm managing the solution and I adding content to the system, and overall, the backend of the system looks a bit dated. Cornerstone Learning has focused a lot on the user experience and less on the backend operational administrative experience. This could be improved overall.""Even though the system has a number of features, design wise the user interface is a little bit complicated. It is hard for the user to navigate properly. Because the system has so many features, it has a lot of tabs and links. Sometimes, people get confused as to where to go and search.""In general, some of the portal pages have an outdated look and feel.""The automated ticketing system for technical support often has a response time that is quite long, which is something that should be improved.""There is a need for quite a bit of improvement. The reporting side of things definitely needs a lot of improvement. At the moment, it gives you a data dump. You have to open it up in Excel and filter out the bits that you don't want and need.""Cornerstone Learning can improve reporting. If they had a harmonization of the administration UIs it would be great.""A minus is that Cornerstone doesn't provide the admin the ability to create their own content for learning. So, you can just manage the content.""Cornerstone Learning could be improved with more e-learning content."

"What needs improvement in SAP SuccessFactors Learning is the user interface. The user management and the integration of the whole suite could also be improved. The solution also needs to be modernized because at the moment, it's a little bit outdated. It's old-fashioned, and though it has a data import feature, that's just plain outdated. SAP SuccessFactors Learning doesn't have any cutting-edge features.""SAP SuccessFactors Learning's e-learning portal has a very poor interface when compared to Cornerstone or PeopleFluent. It's a very basic interface, but I know that it has a very good foundation.""This solution does not support right to left for the Arabic Language, and the Arabic text support is very bad.""The flexibility and user-friendliness of the user's front end can be improved.""One area I would like to improve in SAP SuccessFactors Learning is the overall user experience and product feedback loop.""The GUI and dashboards are areas in the solution with shortcomings where improvements are required.""SuccessFactors Learning solely serves as a plain learning experience platform without any pre-existing content.""I am talking about SAP in general, so there are multiple screens that you have to go through, and it takes some time to get used to it."

Pricing and Cost Advice
  • "This is a cost-effective solution."
  • "I was not involved in the financial negotiation for our contract with this company, but in the past, I have seen the fees run between $10 USD and $11 USD per user."
  • "Quality always comes at a cost. I would not rate it as expensive. It provides value for money."
  • "It is a premium product, and it is on par with its competitors. It isn't out of scale with what the market is demanding. We're always looking at ways of trimming costs, but we haven't had a lot of flexibility with pricing and/or options with Cornerstone. So, its price is decent. There are ad hoc engineering costs when we are required to use a Cornerstone resource. Additionally, when we choose to integrate with third-party platforms, there is a setup and maintenance fee for these data integrations. They need to be built into our ongoing budget as we expand our offerings."
  • "The pricing of Cornerstone Learning is reasonable, but my knowledge of the cost is limited. I've had some discussions about licenses. I suppose we've had to push them a little bit to be more flexible about the licensing. For example, someone said they could only give us licenses in a batch of 500, but we found out that it wasn't true. We were able to negotiate a different amount."
  • "This solution offers competitive pricing."
  • "I would rate the price at four on a scale from one to five because it's a very expensive product."
  • "I'm not aware of the costs. It must have been something for which we paid. Every single employee in the company had some kind of access to Cornerstone because that's how they got to their training."
  • More Cornerstone Learning Pricing and Cost Advice →

  • "A company is required to pay annual licensing fees."
  • "SAP SuccessFactors Learning is an on-premise solution, there is a one-time fee, which will be given by a company during the implementation. Additionally, there are support fees, which are annual."
  • "The price of SAP SuccessFactors Learning could be better, it is expensive. There is an annual subscription. It's overpriced for small enterprises."
  • "The licensing cost for SAP SuccessFactors Learning is rather expensive, but it's not the only SAP tool my company uses in the suite, so it's very hard to compare prices."
  • "The solution is expensive, but it's a good product."
  • "The pricing changes and the license amount is quite costly."
  • "The additional costs in the solution are based on usage and in regard to the functionalities or services leveraged."
  • "I rate the price for SAP SuccessFactors Learning an eight out of ten, with ten being the highest."
