"The most valuable feature is the analysis, because of the beta structure."
"The console is easy to read. I also like the scanning part and the ability to move assets from one to the other."
"It is very easy to set up. I would rate my experience with the initial setup a ten out of ten, with ten being very easy to set up."
"NGAV and EDR features are outstanding."
"It is available on our OS platform and will automatically scan our machines daily or weekly."
"The number of accessories included is the most valuable feature."
"They have a wide range of products, including a couple for virtual patching, which is very important."
"It provides comprehensive visibility into all client logs and seamlessly integrates with other products, such as CM."
"Many features that this solution has, competitors lack. The feature I think is quite good is data loss prevention."
"Apex One is effective at catching malicious activity. It has multiple modules that improve threat prevention across hundreds of networks."
"The end user perspective is very good because the solution isn't complex to learn and support is readily available."
"Using the product as a service on the cloud has helped reduced employee workloads."
"The feature I found most valuable in Carbon Black CB Defense is the ongoing monitoring feature that works by emailing updates about any detections found."
"Carbon Black Defense has a higher detection ratio because it's cloud-based and it also does a lookup to virus total."
"The whole purpose of the product, like application control, is very good, and also if you need to update some policies, it works well and instantly."
"The triage feature that shows you the whole chain of the malware is useful."

"Provides visibility into the chain of attack and threats that use valid operating system processes to execute attacks."
"The best feature of this solution is that we have a live response, which is really tailored to our needs."
"You can deploy it through the cloud so that even if your stuff is outside of your controlled environment, you are still under control, based on the policies you create. The policies are controlled through the cloud. For example, if I don't allow anyone to do a certain activity or to install a particular app, and a consultant or a partner who is not part of our environment is doing so, it will stop them as well."
"Making the portal mobile friendly would be helpful when I am out of office."
"We'd like to see more one-to-one product presentations for the distribution channels."
"Everything with Fortinet having to do with their cloud services. They need to invest more in their internal infrastructure that they are running in the cloud. One of the things I find with their cloud environment compared to others' is that they go cheap on the equipment. So it causes some performance degradation."
"The support needs improvement."
"Cannot be used on mobile devices with a secure connection."
"The dashboard isn't easy to access and manage."
"The EDR console should have more extensive reporting. You shouldn't need to purchase FortiAnalyzer. It should be included in the EDR part. The security adviser cloud platform could be improved with more options for exclusive or intensive rules for devices."
"The solution's installation from a central installation server could be improved because the engineers had a little bit of trouble getting it installed from a central location."
"The support could be more customer-friendly, although my experience with them has been okay."
"The support is slow and has room for improvement."
"The performance could always be improved."
"The tool needs to improve its dashboard so that all the products can be managed from a single console."
"I am expecting an Apple featured IDLP solution with OfficeScan, where we have only IDLP. Also, the ADR functionality in our Office Scan solution would be a nice addition. Genrally, the ADR solutions are the only failed ends of the solutions we have found with Trend Micro."
"I can't think of any specific areas that need improvement."
"The menus can be more user-friendly or easier. For example, if we want to enable access to the USB ports, it should be more user-friendly. It is not easy. We need to navigate through several menus to be able to give access."
"Apex One could improve endpoint patching. For example, Kaspersky can download Microsoft updates and install them. Having that feature in the cloud application would help a lot."
"Report generation can be improved."
"Performing a malware scan usually takes a lot of time, more than 24 hours."
"The EDR portion could be better. I'm not a big fan, but it works."
"The pricing could be more reasonable."

"Needs improvement in the area of infrastructure for on-premise installation."
