We performed a comparison between Celonis and QPR ProcessAnalyzer based on real PeerSpot user reviews.
Find out in this report how the two Process Mining solutions compare in terms of features, pricing, service and support, easy of deployment, and ROI."Celonis is one of the best solutions on the market. It offers you a lot of training materials and exposure to its ecosystem. Celonis is trying its best to prepare an ecosystem for it because, without an ecosystem, you will not be able to scale up."
"I have found the automatic mapping of the processes themselves to be a valuable feature."
"We can observe the flow and invoices."
"Celonis' best feature is a new one called Action Flow, an enhanced version of earlier automation features with lots of integration options with other systems so you can access third-party systems and automate some actions there too."
"find Action Engine for notifying the user, and also Studio Spark, and knowledge models; all these features are useful."
"We used to draw errors to be processed manually, and now you can get the digital information directly with the help of Celonis."
"I would rate the stability a ten out of ten. It's very good. It offers good data consistently."
"It provides seamless unified views with awesome drill down options."
"Discovery and root cause analysis"
"I have found the most valuable features of QPR ProcessAnalyzer to be Process Discovery, KPIs, definition, and dashboarding. These are the main features we are working on."
"We want to see its linkage to Robotic Process Automation. We would also like to see how can it lead to the implementation side and whether the transition is smooth."
"The cost could be improved."
"The way they manage the data should also be improved. There is a lot of room for improvement there because a lot of duplicated data gets created, which should be improved. There should be ease of data management and code management."
"It should be more flexible. It is not particularly flexible in the way it works, and it is quite rigid. It has some very strong structures that you have to follow. It could certainly be made more user-friendly to understand and should have fewer requirements for manipulation of the data to create the visualizations. We should also get better support from Celonis, and they also need to make the licensing model slightly different."
"In the solution, you have access to how the process is, and are able to integrate that with other systems that allow you to make changes to the process itself, this process can be improved."
"Similar to what SAP is doing with S/4HANA, Celonis should allow business users to create their own analytics tab. In my previous organization, business analysts were the only ones who were actively building these reports with Celonis, whereas SAP platforms are now allowing the business users to create their own reports with graphics and all other things based on the data that is presented. This is one thing that Celonis needs. Currently, just the technical teams are doing that. Sometimes, when we were looking at five years of data, it used to take up to 3 seconds. It wasn't bad, but we had to wait a little bit. It probably also had to do with the server. I don't know if it can be used on mobile devices. If not, that will be the way to go. They should mobilize it to allow people to see these reports on their mobile devices."
"The product must focus on training for low-code and no-code people."
"Essentially, the solution should allow for more plug and play instead of requiring a person to be adept at a certain level in coding and developing."
"The user interface of QPR ProcessAnalyzer could improve, it is not very intuitive."
"Communication with clients could be improved."
