Comparison Results: SAP SuccessFactors is the winner in the comparison. According to reviews, SAP SuccessFactors appears to be a more mature and powerful solution. Oracle HCM Cloud does come out on top in the ease of deployment category, however.

On the other hand, the top reviewer of SAP SuccessFactors writes "Offers many useful modules and integrations, and helps companies adhere to best practices". Oracle HCM Cloud is most compared with PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP HCM, Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Taleo, whereas SAP SuccessFactors is most compared with SAP HCM, Workday, PeopleSoft, UKG and Cornerstone Learning.
