We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"For me, the most valuable feature is the fact that they work with existing Adobe files. And open and edit PDFs and web-optimized exports. It's been very good.""The most valuable features of Affinity are the connection features it provides because you have a large database of startups. The people who worked in the companies and founded them are displayed in Affinity. It can show if they are using some special intelligence feature and that you may know this person, of your connections. For example, if they know the person. It works similar to the way LinkedIn does when you seek a connection. Additionally, Affinity shows how close this person is and how often they contact each other.""I like that it's completely automated. It's a very robust system. You are not going to have faults in it."

"The solution is stable.""When you have a vanilla, straightforward version, it is easy to use.""The most valuable features of Microsoft Dynamics CRM are all the filters and possible reports.""I like the fact that I can keep track of everything I do in relation to my own job.""The most valuable features of Microsoft Dynamics CRM are its easy operations and functionality.""The feature I like best in Microsoft Dynamics CRM is being able to market to segments instead of choosing individual people to market to.""The solution is versatile and customizable.""The most valuable feature of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is the integration with Microsoft Office 365."

Cons
"It would be better if it were "pay-per-user" instead of "pay-per-account." For example, I'm Siddharth Mallya, and I have two email accounts. Each of those accounts is a separate payable account for me. For instance, I have created a network using my personal email ID, and now I have moved to my company email ID. It'll choose any one of those accounts, and that will become my paid account. For example, if I put in my personal email ID, then that's the account that I pay for. But I'm no longer using it, and it's not going to get updated. If I put in my work email ID, then that's an entirely separate account that I have to pay for.""Affinity could improve by adding more features. It has been a while since I have used it, but when I did, the features could improve.""To get people to migrate, Affinity needs to somehow give them an incentive to change. The key is to make it as similar as possible. Shortcuts and keystrokes would be my biggest learning curve. So, to scale, you're going to have to convince people to relearn their workflow, and everybody's too busy to do that. Scalability is kind of mid because you face adoption resistance if you're pushing out to a studio or staff that are used to Adobe. Many products don't think beyond Microsoft and Adobe. If it's not Microsoft, then they don't understand. So, scalability is a challenge."

"Microsoft Dynamics CRM can improve by adding more artificial intelligence. Additionally, they should add more modules, such as account-based management, that are available on other platforms such as salesforce.com.""The solution could improve by having better integration documentation.""The manufacturing module could be improved. I would like to see customization in the next release.""It lacks to provide a more detailed profile of the customer, which would have been better and more useful.""Microsoft Dynamics CRM's customer support could be improved as tickets usually take a long time to resolve.""Microsoft Dynamics CRM can improve by having integration with Slack. Additionally, the solution is incomplete, and we must use other solutions to fulfill our needs.""The solution's interface has room for improvement.""The overall price of Microsoft Dynamics CRM could improve."

Pricing and Cost Advice
  • "Affinity is an expensive solution. However, they over a free version trial. The solution is expensive but the people that have used it say it is worth the money."
  • "Affinity follows a pay-per-account model, and I think there will be a monthly or a yearly paid subscription. I have heard that it was expensive."

  • "We have to buy a separate license in order to implement the social listening feature."
  • "It's kind of pricey. It's about $50 or $60 per user."
  • "I am not the person who pays for Microsoft Dynamics CRM but it is expensive. I have been using Microsoft Azure, which Microsoft Dynamics CRM is built on, and I know we prepaid for the services. For me as a consumer, I do not think I can afford it, mainly because I am only learning how to use the AI and the rate which they charge is high. In general, Microsoft solutions are expensive and this is most likely due to the brand, this is something you expect. However, the price might be high but you receive a highly secure solution."
  • "There is a license required to use Microsoft Dynamics CRM."
  • "The price of the solution is good but could be cheaper."
  • "We have a three-year ELA with all our Microsoft solutions and often we had to do a true-up which was approximately $1,000,000. Additionally, we pay approximately $2,500 a month for support."
  • "Pricing for this software could be cheaper."
  • "The solution is open source and is free. However, it does require a Dynamics 365 subscription."
