We performed a comparison between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP SuccessFactors Learning based on real PeerSpot user reviews.
Find out what your peers are saying about SAP, Workday, Oracle and others in Cloud HCM."The main advantage of SuccessFactors is its ability to add many types of integrations within the SAP Cloud platform. Many useful modules can be implemented alongside SuccessFactors as third-party integrations, and this capability to extend the system is a big plus."
"SAP SuccessFactors is one of the most robust platforms in the world today. For a unique global company, they need a platform that is compliant, such as GDP compliant in Europe. The solution delivers high quality in their core HR IS system which is called Employee Central. The system is one of the strongest and sturdiest modules that are in existence in the world."
"What I like the most is the KPI management formula."
"They have succeeded in sustaining a powerful system supporting their philosophy."
"SAP SuccessFactors is stable, we have not found any bugs or glitches."
"This solution has automatic linking and reporting features. Upgrades are hassle-free because you don't need to change everything from scratch, when compared to Meta4."
"Currently, we are using the performance and goals management functionality the most. It is connected with the enterprise solution, and it is seamless. It can be easily accessed because it is available via the net. It is readily available, provided you have an internet connection. Their technical support is also very good."
"It's brought to our organization a big big improvement. We would give it a good rating."
"The analytics and reporting features are very helpful."
"Cloud Solution enables accessing the system from the internet, with no need to be within the company network."
"The most valuable feature is the smooth integration."
"Reporting is very nice."
"It is a very stable tool. It is the most stable security application."
"The learning features are great."
"I find the user interface user-friendly compared to the initial application."
"Safety is the most robust aspect of this platform."
"We encountered challenges with the tool's integration with third-party applications and deployments."
"he user interface could be improved."
"The initial setup could be simplified."
"LMS, Learning Management Systems, needs improvement because there were some stability problems."
"Its overall integration and user experience can be improved. SuccessFactors is a system that is built out of three different systems. The elements part was bought from Plateau, and the original performance dialogue was built by SuccessFactors itself. After that, SAP bought it, and it hasn't improved in the last few years. SuccessFactors is a perfect tool if you use it the way it is meant to be, but if you start building custom sessions and try to use it differently, then it is a total mess. It is not agile. It is like an old Mastodon truck or whatever. We don't have the Employee Central and Competence Management modules. Our company made the choice to not implement the Employee Central module. We also didn't implement the Competence Management module. We use the learning module to do some competence management, but I am not that fond of it. It would have been best to have the whole suite. SAP should never sell this without selling the whole suite because it just doesn't work. The biggest gain for me would be having the possibility of doing strategic personnel planning and managing internal mobility. If it could be used for social purposes, such as creating communities and connecting with media channels, that would be perfect. It should also have the possibilities for local admin and agile product development."
"Forms cannot be edited once submitted."
"There have been cases involving a lot of re-implementations and frustrations within clients where they have the workbook sessions, the workbook workshops and things like that. And I think that doesn't really go down well because the workbooks are very technical and, a lot of times, very confusing for the client."
"SAP SuccessFactors can improve the recruitment module and artificial intelligence features. More powerful analytics are needed."
"One area I would like to improve in SAP SuccessFactors Learning is the overall user experience and product feedback loop."
"What needs improvement in SAP SuccessFactors Learning is the user interface. The user management and the integration of the whole suite could also be improved. The solution also needs to be modernized because at the moment, it's a little bit outdated. It's old-fashioned, and though it has a data import feature, that's just plain outdated. SAP SuccessFactors Learning doesn't have any cutting-edge features."
"The application integration between cloud and on-premises storage has been completed. However, there is still room for improvement in integrating EC and SAP applications."
"The flexibility and user-friendliness of the user's front end can be improved."
"The product needs to improve its escalation system."
"Licensing is a major challenge in the solution."
"SAP SuccessFactors Learning's e-learning portal has a very poor interface when compared to Cornerstone or PeopleFluent. It's a very basic interface, but I know that it has a very good foundation."
"This solution does not support right to left for the Arabic Language, and the Arabic text support is very bad."
