"The price is low and quite competitive with others."
"The main thing is that I feel safe. Because the processes that have been used to get a handle on the attackers are much better than other competitors"
"Ability to get forensics details and also memory exfiltration."
"It is a scalable solution...The initial setup of Fortinet FortiEDR was straightforward."
"The solution was relatively easy to deploy."
"Having all monitoring, response, tracking, and mitigation tools in one dashboard provides our analysts and SOC team with a comprehensive view at a glance."
"Exceptions are easy to create and the interface is easy to follow with a nice appearance."
"Fortinet is very user-friendly for customers."
"The solution is stable."
"We receive good protection with this solution."
"The solution offers very good endpoint security."
"The DLP and user interface are the most valuable feature."
"The solution provides dashboard control, so we can centrally monitor the entire status of our organization."
"The most valuable features are reporting from the ePO console and the advanced threat protection (ATP)."
"The endpoint protection and disk encryption features are the most valuable."
"Trellix Security Endpoint can promptly isolate any host machines directly from the console. If alerts are received and isolation is necessary, it can be accomplished through the console. The console itself holds significant value, accessible through a browser and allowing remote actions via cloud login."
"I'm using the cloud solution, which I really like. I like being able to update policies on the cloud so that when users who are working from home connect to the internet, their laptops will be updated automatically. I also like that this solution is easy to use and is stable and scalable"
"It's reduced administrative overhead."
"The DDAN and the sand boxing features are very good and accurate."
"It is updated automatically without much intervention from our side. We can also get some reports easily."
"The most valuable feature of Trend Micro Apex One is the response time and detection module."
"Many features that this solution has, competitors lack. The feature I think is quite good is data loss prevention."
"The solution is stable and scalable."
"The ransomware protection and behavior monitoring features of Trend Micro Apex One are actually good."
"FortiEDR could add a separate scanning dashboard. In incident management, we prefer to remove the endpoint system from the environment and scan the system. We typically use Symantec for that, but if we want to use FortiEDR for that, then we need a scanning tab to clarify things."
"Everything with Fortinet having to do with their cloud services. They need to invest more in their internal infrastructure that they are running in the cloud. One of the things I find with their cloud environment compared to others' is that they go cheap on the equipment. So it causes some performance degradation."
"Detections could be improved."
"They can include the automation for the realtime updates. We have a network infrastructure with remote sites. Whenever they send updates, they are not automated. We have to go into the console and push those updates. I wish it was more automated. The update file is currently around 31 MB. It could be smaller."
"We've encountered challenges during API deployment, occasionally resulting in unstable environments."
"The solution is not stable."
"We've had a lot of false positives; things incorrectly flagged that require manual configuration to allow. Even worse, after we allow a legitimate program, it sometimes gets flagged again after an update. This has caused a lot of extra work for my team."
"To improve Fortinet, we need to see more features and technology areas at the endpoint level introduced."
"The initial setup is complex. It is a very complex product. You must have experience with it."
"Some agents become old and then they don't communicate well any longer."
"I think it would be nice if Dynamic Application Control would come together with McAfee Endpoint Security."
"The solution could use better updates and fewer bugs."
"Tech support is not as helpful as they were in the past."
"There are more secure featured solutions from McAfee on the market but for smaller companies like ours, they are too expensive."
"The user interface could be improved by making it more user-friendly. There are multiple solutions and there is no clear line differentiating all of them. There is a centralized console where we manage everything but most of the administrators feel a little confused when it comes to managing multiple products from a single place."
"The DAC (Dynamic Application Containment) component of this product needs improvement."
"We had a few occasions where we had to turn off our clients' computers to upgrade the drivers."
"The main thing they need to improve is their reporting functionality and the forensics for their on-premise consult. They do not have very good reporting features or forensic functionality in the on-premise version. They need to improve that."
"In the next release, I would like to see IBS included in OfficeScan."
"The support could be more customer-friendly, although my experience with them has been okay."
"Apex One's threat and vulnerability management has room for improvement."
"We're actually looking to upgrade to more sophisticated ADL products. We need a more sophisticated endpoint. We need to have the ability to automate those instant response processes."
"No product can ever be rated a ten out of ten. They are always improving on one aspect or another."
"Lacking features, not yet fully mature."
