Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"One of the features that people enjoy is the whiteboard, providing opportunities for academics to present content and for students to contribute. The platform also allows for the creating of different rooms, enabling large classes to break into smaller groups for discussions. Students can then return to the main classroom to share their opinions. It integrates with LMS.""The solution allows me to connect and collaborate with my classes.""Document loading and annotation."

"A stable option that is good for small to medium sized companies with limited use.""The solution can scale easily.""The ability to discuss and share training content would be the most valuable features of Zoom.""Easy to use whenever and wherever necessary.""The product has video access which is a great feature.""Zoom is stable and I haven't had any problems with it.""The most valuable feature is the screen recording.""The overall quality of Zoom is very good, it performs well. The interface works well."

Cons
"The system can overload when too many try logging in.""We faced outages when the user limit went over a certain number.""If there were maybe more tutorials outside of what I'm aware the university is suggesting, I would take more tutorials on effective ways to deliver content. I come from the industry and content was always needed when people that were observing were smart and involved and decision-makers instead of so passively just trying to pass the course. In my imagination, the tutorials would be a tool where the learners themselves can have much more hands-on learning during a Collaborate session."

"The price must be improved.""When you join a meeting in Zoom, you may feel it is difficult to find some windows until you click a few buttons to help you eventually get to the window you want to see.""Zoom's drawing tools could be better integrated.""They may need to scale it some more in terms of global users.""The virtual background could be more smoothly integrated with the rest of the software.""The updating feature of Zoom needs to be improved.""They should consider increasing the time limits for free users.""It's not really the fault of the product, however, the internet connectivity can sometimes be an issue."
