Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"It's not too hard to handle the initial setup.""It has strong sales, purchase, warehousing, and logistics order management.""The best feature of this solution, is that it provides businesses with a way to see information from across different process streams, in one place via dashboards.""LN is definitely a stable product. It's number one on Gartner's four quadrants.""The most valuable features are manufacturing, and manufacturing costing modules. These are all powerful features of Infor LN.""Our clients appreciate the financial part of the solution, which is usually very complex. The Spanish localization is also very good.""The project module is the best that I've ever seen, and more than that, it's the company's flexibility to change. It means that in our company, Infor LN has the capability to support many kinds of industries.""Material planning and predictive planning are both essential aspects."

"The most valuable features of the solution are reporting, a dashboard, customized reports, and third-party integration.""We like it as it's easy to use, cost-effective, easy to deploy, and easy to get support for.""We are using it for accounts and finance and also for maintaining third-party transactions and non-CRM transactions.""We have been satisfied with the technical support.""The ability to link documents to accounts, partners and events via the Golden/Yellow Arrow feature is very useful.""Less complicated than other similar solutions.""All parts for inventory control, project budget, accounting, and business information are valuable. It is very friendly to obtain information. It is also very easy to make the changes that we need. Cons
"Regarding areas for improvement within the solution, I would say that the solution's asset management and quality management need attention.""I would like to see the CRM improved. I would also like to see a supply chain management feature.""From a customers' perspective, Infor LN covers most of the processes in the company, but sometimes, they have to choose other tools because of the functionality or the cost of the Infor solution. It covers the core functions of the company—such as financial, operations, logistics, and so on—very well, but it doesn't cover some parts such as invoices, digitization, etc.""Only people who undergo training from the companies can learn about Infor products.""One area that could be improved in Omada Access Points is team communication.""In general, the HR-related part of Infor LN doesn't work properly in Germany, making it an area that requires improvement.""Infor LN has customer support in India, but service could be improved. So, basically, they prioritize agreements, and the number of tickets closed within a certain timeframe, not necessarily the quality or resolution of the tickets themselves. They just open and close them, sometimes without even understanding the issue. That's the biggest problem.""The finance model within this solution does not have very strong reporting functionality, which I would like to see improved."

More Infor LN Cons →

"There is no dependency, the integration between the other applications.""There are improvements needed. However, they provide improvements over time.""In the next release, I would like to see the inclusion of cloud features.""Business One doesn't have a proper master data management function.""SAP could improve the performance of the business alignment with other products.""Some features are missing.""The initial implementation is not straightforward. It took approximately three months to complete. The process could be easier.""The solution needs to have comprehensive visibility into the entire sales-to-purchase cycle, enabling businesses to monitor SO-PO relationships, track order progress, and generate insightful reports."
