Find out what your peers are saying about UiPath, Microsoft, Automation Anywhere and others in Robotic Process Automation (RPA)."It lets us automate almost anything, even with the legacy tools. It is very easy for us now to automate with legacy tools, which used to be difficult earlier. We work with a lot of other automation tools from Micro Focus, such as Operation Orchestration, but these tools can only connect to the API. So, there was a gap when we wanted to automate older and legacy tools that didn't have any API to connect to. We can now also automate without any changes in the customer environment. We don't need to change anything in the way that the customer environment works."
"It provides various services such as PDF automation and AI capabilities that help in creating accurate results. We are using the AI for chatbot integrations and handling customer interactions. It helps eliminate manual work."
"UiPath is a highly stable solution. We haven't encountered any bugs, downtime, or other issues since we started using the solution. We also don't experience any instability when working with components in other projects."
"It allows us to extract valuable information from various documents, categorize them based on their types, and make the data within these documents usable for our needs."
"We like the ability to capture some of the features on a screen for the application. We also really like the UI, and the design is pretty good."
"We are able to remove all repetitive tasks. We are using RPA for HR, salary generation, interview process, appointment, etc. We are using RPA everywhere. We are in the top five just because of RPA. It's very important for us."
"The most valuable feature is that it can be integrated with almost anything. We use in-house applications and we're able to integrate them through the database using endpoints and APIs. This sharing of information between systems via UiPath means our staff gets results quicker."
"It had pre-built integration with the scanning solution that we use called Kodak Alaris. They use our current scanners to scan in the documents, and then they have the software that allows you to load those documents right into UiPath Orchestrator. That gave us the ability to automate those processes."
"I like the automation capabilities."
"It currently supports only on-premises deployments. They can include support for cloud deployments. It should provide us the ability to choose a robot for executing a workflow. We want to control which robot executes a certain workflow. Right now, it automatically chooses the robot that is going to execute our workflow. It should also provide the ability to get filters on the outputs of the steps. We have each workflow as a step, and each step has some output. We would like to have the functionality to execute some script or some logic on these outputs to format the tests directly on the variables."
"It sometimes lags when internet connectivity is poor. It depends on the location."
"I would like to see all a full-featured version for mobile devices."
"We need to be able to span across a bigger complex network. Right now, the decision-making is based on a five step rule. It would like to see this increased, so we can take on bigger productions and work more efficiently."
"While the UiPath Academy is simple and you get a decent understanding of what's there, you still have to dedicate on an awful lot of time doing the automations to become proficient at them."
"There is room for improvement in browser automation, particularly regarding access and success rates."
"The on-prem orchestrator was an issue for us."
"Sometimes, we get an error when we are developing something in the UiPath Studio for Salesforce. It gives me an error when I create one line of code, but I don't get the error when I make the same line of code again. We also get some bugs when UiPath adds new features. If we're developing multiple activities on one core, it can slow the response times a bit, and it will take more time when we try to download the dependencies or other packages."
"There should be more clarity around the feedback loop along with the auto-update feature when you deploy machine learning packages. They should give some rule-based options so that if the confidence is returned higher than the previous model trained, then it would auto-deploy. If it is less, then it should send you an email rather than auto-deploy."
