Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The pros are that it's like a global leader. It has a translation project, which is very interesting and important for our users because the minority of them are not able to read and speak in English."

"Zoom is a product that offers users convenience, so you won't be left out of any meetings, especially when others need or prefer to hold meetings on Zoom.""The most valuable feature is push notifications""The product quality is very good.""The video and audio quality are very good.""Zoom provides different background screen functionalities for privacy protection.""I like Zoom's ease of use and how easy it is for non-tech people to interface with it. Other video conferencing solutions can be somewhat challenging for non-tech people, so you often end up waiting for people to connect.""The most valuable features of Zoom are the quality of the video is better than other solutions and they have a recording option that is useful. Additionally, it helps to collaborate with other organizations.""The product is scalable."

Cons
"We have had some problems with stability. A week ago, we had outaging but it has stablized."

More StarLeaf Cons →

"My company uses the Zoom security setting that requires the host to admit users. The host often forgets to do that, so you sometimes have a lot of people sitting out there. It would be nice if Zoom made it obvious that somebody is in the waiting room.""I would like to see them develop end-to-end encryption, like WhatsApp. That would improve the security of the software.""The interface could be more user-friendly.""I can't speak to any missing features.""Zoom could improve by having more dashboards.""They should remove any restriction of time.""Zoom could be more secure.""In addition to Zoom, I frequently utilize Slack, and I particularly appreciate its huddle functionality. What I find appealing about Slack is the ability to simultaneously chat and have video capabilities. It would be beneficial if Zoom offered similar features integrated with some form of channel system, although I acknowledge that I am not involved in the product management aspect. Personally, I believe this integration would make Zoom even more compelling and engaging for users like myself."
