"During Cisco training sessions, I found Webex effective in improving productivity. I benefited from the training. However, I can't speak for others using Webex for daily work or jobs.""I like Webex because it is easy to work with.""Integrates well with other Cisco solutions.""I never had any issues with the stability of the product. Stability-wise, I rate the solution a ten out of ten.""The most valuable feature is the ease of use.""Webex has one-click calling, which makes things easier. You click, and it automatically dials in to the meetings without pressing additional buttons. It's easy for people who aren't on WebEx. That was helpful.""The installation of Webex is simple. You only need to click an executable file to run it. it is very easy.""The important feature is breakout sessions. We can create a breakout session if you want to hold a conference and make a room only for some people at the meeting."

Cons
"The tool is slow in updating changes. It also has a poor dashboard operating system."

"The product needs to improve its integration. I'm not sure how difficult it is for the IT team to set up the integration. Once set up, it's easy but still not as straightforward as other platforms, like Microsoft Teams, where everything is within the same technical environment. To ensure further security, face authentication should also be added for all internal corporate users logged into the platform.""My company does a lot of international calls. For some countries they do not have their local number to call in, all they have is a 1-800 number which is quite hard to find. If they want to improve they should set up the local number to call in. What would be beneficial.""I do not like emojis.""It would be better if it were more secure. I do expect Webex to keep up with hackers and their latest techniques.""The collaborative features could improve in Webex. There should not be the typical one on one connection that we have had in the past.""There were some latency issues that could have been addressed if they had a data center in our location, e.g. the African region.""We switched from Webex to Teams because there was a lag in the WebEx experience and also a lack of integration. Easy integration with a free email account like Microsoft or Google would be helpful.""Webex could improve the calling feature. It would be helpful to be able to call outside the IP environment."
