"Ability to get forensics details and also memory exfiltration."
"Fortinet has helped free up around 20 percent of our staff's time to help us out."
"he solution is an anti-malware product that integrates well with other vendor products such as firewalls, SIEM, etc. It captures threat intelligence and gives you better visibility. The product also has sandboxing features."
"The main thing is that I feel safe. Because the processes that have been used to get a handle on the attackers are much better than other competitors"
"The setup is pretty simple."
"The solution was relatively easy to deploy."
"Specifically for a Windows domain environment, the product can be customized and pushed via GPO or SCCM without issue."
"It secures different entry points into the network."

"The most valuable feature of CylancePROTECT is the support."
"On the management side, we liked the way it displays things."
"What I like best about CylancePROTECT is its accuracy, as it doesn't give many false positives."
"It is extremely simple to manage and deploy."
"The solution offers very good endpoint security."

"The solution is stable."
"The initial setup is straightforward, not complex."
"When Intel acquired McAfee they worked on the protocol so that all vendors can work on the same platform. It's a very big improvement in McAfee. All McAfee products talk to each other. Other vendor's products can join this platform as well so it makes it more powerful on the enterprise side for McAfee."
"There is a new feature where you can set thresholds for all the CPU consumption allowing for no consumption on the servers when the scans happen. It is a separate plugin or addon, and if we have it on all the virtual machines it automatically checks the resources, and based on that, it will schedule the scans. That is something that I have not seen in other antivirus solutions, such as Symantec."
"It also allows multifunctionality within a single platform."
"We'd like to see more one-to-one product presentations for the distribution channels."
"Once, we had an event that was locked and blocked, but information about it came to us two or three days later."
"Making the portal mobile friendly would be helpful when I am out of office."
"Integration with Azure and SaaS provisioning tools could improve Fortinet FortiEDR."
"I think cloud security and SASE are areas of concern in the product where improvements are required. The tool's cloud version has to be improved in terms of the security it offers."
"The dashboard isn't easy to access and manage."
"The only minor concern is occasional interference with desired programs."
"ZTNA can improve latency."
"It could have integration with industrial base HMIS or Human Machine Interfaces Solutions. This is the industrial environment where you have a control center for all the automation that's happening, whether it is oil, gas, or chemical manufacturing. They often have to set up a computer at the back and watch the other stuff to get alerts. In these autonomous or on-premises environments, they often don't have access to email readily. Integration with other industrial solutions, such as HMIS, will allow them to communicate and get an alert that something has been found. This way, they can react to it sooner than having somebody watch the screen and keep checking the screen. Rockwell has its own suite. Similarly, Honeywell has its own suite. There's also an independent HMI/historian solution provider out there called VTSCADA. We actually get asked if we can get it to show up on a screen, which is difficult. Getting those alerts to work within an industrial environment would be a huge plus."
"Additionally, their channel management has been lacking, with a notable disregard for small and medium-sized businesses, focusing primarily on large enterprises and very large MSPs."
"It was not effective. There were a lot of false positives, even when we use Adobe, and everybody uses Adobe, which is not a threat."
"An area for improvement in CylancePROTECT is its pricing, as it's a bit costly."
"rom my experience interacting with the primary or the central administrative console, it's quite complex. You would need a fair bit of technical experience to set it up, implement and maintain it. That would be one area for improvement."
"I would like to see them fix the alerting system so that the endpoint reporting is a bit more streamlined."
"It needs real analysis of quarantined files. The EDR product isn't showing much right now."
"The AI of CylancePROTECT has room for improvement. I'm on a trial license of SentinelOne, and its AI is much better than what's on CylancePROTECT."
"An area in need of improvement involves the overview, which usually does not enable one to get the value in reports."
"The solution's documentation is not streamlined and is in bits and pieces, which should be in a single format."
"I've encountered minor challenges related to encryption."
"I would like this solution to do what Palo Alto traps does because I would only need to run this one product."
"The initial setup isn't so easy. You need to know what you are doing."
"Technical support from the vendor is very bad."
"The interface is complex."
"We’re facing remote installation issues sometimes:"
