Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"Maturity makes it a stable product.""The policy and compliance monitoring of devices and the software deployment are most valuable.""It works well if you have a Microsoft environment.""There are so many features, but Windows Autopilot is one of the features that are very valuable for most customers.""The most valuable features in Microsoft Intune for me are application deployment, Defender deployment, and asset management.""Technical support, in general, has been quite helpful.""Intune's feature that I have found most valuable is its auto-pilot feature.""The most valuable feature is the policy CSPs."

"The most valuable features include remote inventory analysis, security features like geofencing, and software distribution.""The solution is easy to use and support.""The central management console on the cloud is fast and is the solution's most valuable feature.""The product provides a universal dashboard.""The proprietary standards and modules are the most valuable features.""It's robust, and we like the device availability, ease of purchase, and supplier stock availability.""Meraki Systems Manager's most valuable features are password management, device tracking, remote resetting and wiping, device management, inventory management, and easy policy deployment.""The most valuable features of Cisco Meraki Systems Manager (MDM+EMM) are its ability to do geofencing for devices, manage thousands of devices with only a push of a button, and quick application deployment in seconds. It's amazing. For example, in an education scenario, you can deploy an application update for thousands of iPads in two clicks."

"The most valuable feature is the performance.""It's easy to set up.""The tool provides a free service that you can integrate for laptop authentication. You also don’t need a separate Active Directory.""The solution is primarily used for single control and single sign which helps with the security and authentication of multiple devices.""The initial setup is easy.""One of the most useful features was the single sign-on. You can use it as an identity provider or service provider. And you can use their organization unit feature to enable or disable some of the features for a specific group of users.""The solution is user-friendly.""Cloud Identity is scalable enough for our needs. It's serving more than 3,000 users in our organization."

Cons
"Reporting and troubleshooting for the application deployment could be better. It's very difficult to understand.""Sometimes, customers compare it with AirWatch, but the concept of Intune is different from other solutions. It's an application management app. It gets a bit difficult to explain it to customers, but it's not a product limitation. It takes a presale document or presentation to explain it to customers.""Microsoft needs to enhance device-level security, as sometimes when using Microsoft Intune, the device's operating system becomes stuck and requires a full uninstall to remove the Intune bug.""They could also make it easier to use because there are some other products that may be easier to use in terms of the look and feel of the dashboard.""Areas for improvement in Intune include expanding support beyond Samsung devices to accommodate other Android manufacturers like Redmi and Motorola.""We haven't really gone through all the features of Intune. We are just discovering them. Every day, we see a new feature that we want to apply, but what will be great for Intune is to be able to deploy apps in a simple fashion. We should be able to easily install various apps on the Windows platform, iOS, and Android. Currently, we have to write some scripts. It's not as straightforward as we would like it to be. It should be simplified so that we can do it just with three clicks—next, next, finish—without needing to write a script.""I would like to see micro VPN. I like the way that some of the other providers have done something similar where, as you open that app on an end-point device, it creates a micro VPN straight into your device, which is quite a nice little feature. Also, Microsoft Intune relies heavily on its fellow products in the suite. It would be nice if Microsoft Intune could stand on its own two feet.""The product needs to upgrade itself when the server is overloaded."

More Microsoft Intune Cons →

"I've participated in numerous product launches primarily focused on HP and Dell. Consequently, there should be a vested interest in local gatherings to showcase product advantages and performance. Particularly in Singapore, it only has so limited integrators to engage in IP product sales. There's room for improvement through dedicated workshops and training. The European and Western markets differ significantly from the context here. The physical location holds more importance. Thus, they should have a survey to evaluate demand, supply, and sales points, tailoring strategies accordingly.""Because Cisco has improved a lot and is competing with other technologies that are innovative and brand new to the market, the only improvements they have to make are to keep up with the current competition and remain competitive with other solutions.""The cost of installing this solution can be more expensive depending on who is doing the installation. Cisco is very expensive, and I'd like to see a reduction in cost.""Linux compatibility needs improvement.""The price of the solution could be reduced.""We've really only experimented with their iOS client. This is due to the fact that their Windows client has a lot to be desired. We first tried experimenting with the Windows one but very quickly determined that it wasn't going to cut it for most Windows cases. The Windows portion of this product needs improvement. I'd say that it's not really viable.""System's compatibility with Google Chrome could be improved.""The solution can be expensive."

More Cisco Meraki Systems Manager (MDM+EMM) Cons →

"Google Cloud Identify could make the technology used easier to understand as a layman making it more user-friendly.""If I were to suggest enhancements, it would mainly revolve around ensuring compatibility and maximizing integration options with various services.""The interface could be more user-friendly.""The pricing for this solution is a little bit higher than AWS and others, which is something that should be improved.""They are going ahead and adding a few more things to the Google Cloud premium edition. Their stock management and remote computer management can be improved.""The solution needs to better integrate with Mac's OS.""Google Cloud Identity the UI could improve.""To improve the product, the integration with third-party products could always be smoother."

    Reviews from Real Users

Microsoft Intune stands out among its competitors for a number of reasons. Two major ones are its ability to secure all devices under its management and the flexibility that the solution offers its users.

A computing services manager notes, "Its security is most valuable. It gives us a way to secure devices, not only those that are steady. We do have a few tablets and other devices, and it is a way for us to secure these devices and manage them. We know they're out there and what's their status. We can manage their life cycle and verify that they're updated properly."

The head of IT engineering at a financial services company writes, "The one feature we find most useful is the Mobile Application Manager. There are two types: we have the complete MDM and the Mobile Application Manager (MAM). We don't give our users phones, it is their own personal phone, and we need to allow them to have access to the company details on their phone. We need to create a balance between their own personal data and the company data. We deploy the Mobile Application Manager for them so that we won't be able to interfere with their own personal data."

Every user is unique. Every device, a bit different. Systems Manager keeps the network in the loop about constantly changing devices, automatically tracking device posture and adjusting security policies to match.

Cloud Identity is an Identity as a Service (IDaaS) and enterprise mobility management (EMM) product. It offers the identity services and endpoint administration that are available in G Suite as a stand-alone product. As an administrator, you can use Cloud Identity to manage your users, apps, and devices from a central location - the Google Admin console.
