We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"Most of the work that seems not to work offline works perfectly with Microsoft Office 2013, like converting a Word document to a PDF file.""There are no more server and hardware operational costs and downtime, updates, etc. for all the workloads available. Newer features and updates are available immediately. Can be managed from a single web interface. Cloud-based, so same experience for all users, regardless of location.""The functionality that is most valuable is the solution's ability to detect patient data in email attachments. Whenever a user sends out an email with patient data embedded in an attachment, it triggers an alert. The tool can detect a social security number and various other forms of patient identity. Emails are then automatically generated and sent.""The most innovative feature of Office 365 is the Power Apps, which allows us to automate literally everything that we want automated. For example, sending attachments to specific folders on SharePoint, adding people's SharePoint when certain apps are performed, or emailing certain people at certain instances, such as when you've done a follow-up with the CRM and you need a marketing email to be sent out at a particular point.""As an email provider, I believe Office 365 is the best email provider.""I love all of the applications being interlinked. I do not have to separately work on an independent system when it comes to file storage, email, and other tools.""The technical support is outstanding.""OneNote is the feature I use the most. We also frequently use the Power Apps features."

"The ability to join by phone is the most valuable feature. I also think that it's much simpler to use and it's a Cisco product so I think it's the industry standard.""Stable and scalable solution for video conferencing, virtual meetings, and collaboration, with top-notch technical support.""I have found a lot of virtual meeting solutions seem the same. Some might work a little bit better, it is difficult to pinpoint a particular functionality that's widely different, they all have screen sharing and video in-voice.""Lag-free video communication and virtual meeting software which runs smoothly.""The most valuable aspect of this solution is that it is the easiest for participants to get connected to.""Webex is user-friendly.""The product's initial setup is easy.""The product's initial setup phase was straightforward."

Cons
"I'd like to see them add more features in the future in order to continue to advance the product.""Using Visual Basic, I have had a lot of trouble with relative paths when programming for Excel, and sometimes it is very difficult to debug programs.""In terms of improvement, it should have tutorials when you first have the opportunity to use it, to be able to really learn it.""Sometimes the synchronization between the desktop and online is a little bit slow.""Performance-wise, Office 365 needs a lot of bandwidth. The problem is, the solution requires very high bandwidth and internet usage. Meaning, the desktop application consumes a lot of internet data. Sometimes, when the connection is slow, it won't work and it won't load. This is an area for improvement for Office 365.""Sometimes the configurations of the error troubleshooting are pretty problematic and there are a lot of issues that happen even if you follow the step-by-step guides. They can work on fixing this issue. If there are a lot of issues in your Windows or your Office or anything, you restart your PC and it works. They need to get rid of this need.""I rate the support of Office 365 a four out of five.""Office 365 could be easier to use at first. Tutorials are needed to know how to use the solution."

More Office 365 Cons →

"Webex's translation feature could work more accurately.""They should work to make it simpler.""Some concerns are raised by the company's team when it comes to the screen portion of the tool. There is a need to hire engineers to deal with the aforementioned issue.""Sometimes we've had issues with the connection.""It would be great if they had a directory that you could consult for the meeting dial-in numbers.""Webex support is not good. When we try to open a ticket, it takes approximately 24 hours. With Microsoft, we get support within two or three hours.""The base application uses a lot of resources. They could work on the performance of the application so that it's less heavy.""The collaborative features could improve in Webex. There should not be the typical one on one connection that we have had in the past."
