"One issue with the product is because it build on a lot of older technologies, there is a substantial technical debt in the system."
"The integration features of the tool on on-premises weren't that great, making it an area where improvements are required."
"The user interface could be better. It's not good because they made their interface all in one, and my customers don't want to use it. I have to customize the interface and personalize it to hide some fields on the screen. It has lots of information on the screen, and the user can't easily navigate it. It's very difficult to use. I think that Oracle should have something like best practices. They need to provide some patches to simplify the interface based on the industry niche. Because now we see everything on the same screen, but the users don't need all that information. It's complicated to use for end-users, and we have to spend more time training them. In the next release, I think they should implement most of the features in the mobile app. It should be better. Oracle didn't update their mobile application for a very long time. Connecting the mobile application is complicated."
"The interface is pretty old."
"There are always some bugs and missing patches."
"Sometimes I have issues with the performance tuning."
"The solution has much room for improvement in all the modules."
"The recruitment aspect is good, but it's new and it still needs some enhancements. In the future, we hope it will be similar to Taleo."
"The user interface, as well as the interfaces between modules, should definitely be enhanced."
"I rate the technical support of Oracle HCM Cloud an eight out of ten. There is some room for improvement."
"Product integration, particularly with collaboration tools, is lacking in this solution."
"The initial setup is straightforward. However, it is more complex than Oracle Taleo because it has a lot more features have complexity."
"The solution could improve by having better integration between on-premise and the cloud. It can be difficult and time-consuming to migrate our applications and interfaces."
"The absence management can use some improvement. Due to all the flexible working, the part with work schedules could be a little bit more flexible."
